Namun kali ini kami akan membagikan resep dari mbak Ria Ria resep Tempe Isi Mercon. Di sini bukan mercon benearan bunda, hanya tempe di isi cabe yang sudah di olah jadi sambal.

Resep Tempe Isi Mercon

Berikut Resep Tempe Isi Mercon

1. cabe merah, cabe rawit ijo/rawit merah,

2. bawang merah, 

3. bawang putih, 

4. tomat sebelah aja ( semua takaran sesuai selera yaa )

Cara Membuatnya:

Semua bumbu di ulek kasar/halus sesuai selera di tumis hingga bumbu matang lalu masukkan daun bawang dan daging cincang di masak sampai matang tambahkan garam, gula, penyedap (optional), koreksi rasa setelah di rasa cukup semua angkat dan isi ke dalam tempe yang sudah di belah sedikit.

Lalu masukkan ke dalam tepung yg sudah di beri bumbu atau menggunakan tepung serbaguna siap di goreng dan di sajikan itu aja bunda2 sayang semuanya. Untuk isian bisa di ganti dengan udang, cumi, ayam, ikan pokoknya semua sesuai selera.
