Resep Mie Menyek (instan)- Ayo yang suka sama olahan dari mie? Pada kali ini kami memberikan resep cara lain memasak mie instan. Kalau kami sih lebih suka merek Indomie, karena dengan jagonya Indomie seleraku memang tak lepas dari keseharian kita. Aromanya yang khas dan rasanya yang tak berubah dari dahulu.

Berikut Resep Mie Menyek

Bahan

• 1 bungkus mie instan rasa ayam bawang
• Kecap manis 
• Garam 
• 2 butir telor (bebas mau berapa telor)
• 1 buah tomat merah
• Kol (banyaknya, sesuaikan dengan selera)
• Resep asli sebenernya pakai daun caisim

Bumbu halus 

• 2 siung bawang putih
• 5 cabe rawit merah 
• 2 cabe merah keriting

Garnish  

• Bawang goreng

Cara Penglohannya

Tumis bumbu halus. Masukkan telor, masak sampai matang. Masukkan air (bisa dikira-kira sendiri untuk banyaknya). Setelah mendidih, masukkan sayuran dan bumbu penyedap. Aduk rata, masukkan mie dan kecap manis, masak sampai mendidih. Cek rasa. Angkat, tabur bawang goreng dan sajikan.

Kalau sudah memakai bumbu halus di atas, bisa juga tidak memakai bumbu dari Indomie. Resep ini juga bisa untuk mie biasa atau mie telor.
