Mangga, buah yang menjadi favorit walau sudah matang ataupun masih muda. Saat muda biasanya digemari oleh ibu-ibu hamil karena lagi ngidam.

Biasanya kalau mangga yang sudah matang itu dibuat dalam bentuk jus atau dimakan langsung. Nah bagaimana kalau buahnya belum matang alias masih muda?


Ini ada resep dari  Ibu Aras yaitu Anyang Mangga Muda

Bahan:
4 buah mangga muda
6 cabe merah kriting (rawit Merah juga bisa)/Cabe sesuai selera aja ya
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula pasir
Seujung sendok terasi goreng/bakar

Caranya:
-Ulek cabe, garam, gula dan terasi goreng/bakar, lalu campurkan dengan potongan mangga muda (tidak usah pake air) *
-Pastikan cabenya bener-bener yang fresh, masih mulus dan keras, jangan yang lembek, setelah cabe di cuci bersih keringkan dengan tisue
-Lebih enak dinginkan dulu di kulkas sekitar 3jam, nanti bumbunya akan ber-air sendiri.
-Pilih Mangga nya betul betul yang Muda ya bu, jadi saat dimakan kulitnya masih kres kres, kalau Mangga matang ya ngga mungkin kita makan sama kulitnya, nanti jadinya bukan Anyang Mangga heheh.
