Bahan :

 
* Tahu kuning dibelah jadi bentuk segitiga
( tahu mentah bukan tahu coklat )

*Bahan aci : 

-Tepung sagu 10 sdm ( kanji jg sama)
-Royco alternatifnya bisa pakai merica + bawang putih haluskan
-Garam secukupnya
-Kocai di potong kecil2 ( daun bawang juga bisa)
-Air biasa secukupnya ( bukan air panas )

Cara Membuat Adonan Aci : 

tahu setelah diuleni aci

Sagu + royco + garam campur jadi satu biar rata, tuang air sedikit-sedikit sampai adonan agak kenyal seperti mau buat bakso dan bisa di colek ( jangan cair) + kocai atau daun bawang tadi , tempelkan di tahu yang sudah di belah ( tidak dikerok tahu nya dan tidak dimasukan acinya, di uleni saja) lalu goreng di minyak banyak dan panas kalau suda mengapung berarti sudah matang siap di santap bisa pakai cabe rawit atau sambel kecap.
